Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit it, the server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, and the logs are deleted after a short period.
The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.
Booking a call
The booking calendar on this website is provided by Calendly LLC (USA). When you use it, Calendly processes the details you enter, such as your name, email address and your answers to the booking questions, and may set its own cookies. See Calendly's privacy notice.
The discovery call, and any online coaching, takes place via Google Meet, provided by Google. When you join, Google processes data such as your name, email address, IP address and the audio and video of the call. See Google's privacy policy. I do not record calls.
Writing to me
If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. My email is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland.
What I use your data for
I use your data only to arrange and hold our conversation and any coaching that follows, and to invoice paid sessions. I do not use it for advertising and I do not sell it.
Data processed abroad
Calendly and Google may process data in the USA. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under Swiss law, such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long I keep it
I keep contact and booking details for as long as the coaching relationship requires. Records I must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the legal retention period of ten years. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to receive a copy. Write to hello@coudevylle.ch. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
